Billing for Axion runs through Polar, our payments provider. Your customer portal is where you check your subscription status and next charge, update payment, cancel, download receipts, or free up a device activation. Open it with the email you purchased with — no separate Axion login.
Enter your purchase email and Polar emails you a secure link into your portal. Everything billing-related lives there.
Open customer portal ↗Axion Cloud — check whether your subscription is active, see your next charge date, update your card, or cancel. Cancelling keeps Cloud running until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Axion Pro — a one-time purchase, so there's nothing recurring to manage. Use the portal for receipts, or to free up a device slot (Pro activates on up to 3 devices).
Receipts & invoices — download anything you need for expenses or records.
The same portal is reachable from inside Axion, and we're a short email away if anything's off.
From the app. Open Axion → the gear icon → Settings. When you have an active Cloud subscription, a Manage subscription row links straight to this portal, and your current status shows there too.
